COMMUNITY COUNCIL

Mourneabbey Community Council are looking at organising a community priority list, to help improve the community we all live in. Once this is drawn up we hope to bring these issues to the relevant authorities to help progress this.

Under the remit of the community council we are looking at setting up a sub-committee to achieve this task. The Burnfort Area have identified a number of key issues and have appointed five people to join this committee. We are now looking for four to five people from the Analeentha townland area’s to organise same.

Once appointed this sub committee will work together. We have set a deadline of September 1 for this committee to be up and running.

If you wish to join this committee can you please contact Liam Madden 087 6771306 Noel Walsh 086 3272026 or Colman Walsh at 086 3272026.
