COUCH TO 5K

Couch to 5k returns to the Glencara GAA grounds on Monday next, August 21 at 8pm. It will run for three nights weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Beginners and advanced runners are welcome.

Start easy and work your way up to 5k – this is a social and fun walk and jog. All proceeds go to the Glash/Taur Community Alert group.

The numbers drawn were 17, 22, 27 and 30. The lucky dip of €50 went to Sam Tarrants in Doon while €20 each went to Marie O’Callaghan (Knockerourke), Michael Cullinane (Kiskeam) and Brendan Cronins (Doon).
