On a beautiful morning for football, Clondrohid under-eights hosted near neighbours Aghinagh last Saturday morning. Both clubs fielded three teams and played seven a side. All three games were even and sportingly contested. The standard of football on display was very impressive for 6, seven, and eightyear-olds. Amazingly all three games ended in sporting ‘draws’. Well done to everyone involved, and thanks to Aghinagh for travelling.
RESULTS: Under-16 – Clondrohid 1-13, Kilmurry 0-11. Junior C League – Clondrohid 1-12, Ballingeary 1-8.
