Repeat for Kanturk in second match against Charleville, in Championship quarter finals
HAVING defeated Charleville in round 2A of the Cork County Prem IHC less than three weeks ago, Kanturk must now repeat the exercise when the sides clash at Milford in the quarter final of this year’s championship. In the intervening weeks, Charleville have got the better of Coursey Rovers in round 3 to set up a repeat clash for the teams.
When the sides met at Kilbrin a few weeks ago, the fair on offer was of some class hurling and scores from both sides. With this encounter being a do or die clash, a more intense game is in the offing and is sure to draw a large crowd to Milford as both Kanturk and Charleville battle it out to book a semi-final test with Ballinhassig.
