PLOUGHING MATCH
As always, the first Ploughing Match of the New Year is hosted by Macroom. It will take place on this Sunday, January 7th on the lands of Angela Leonard, Toonsbridge. Hopefully, the weather will oblige.

CHRISTMAS CRIBS
The Christmas Cribs in both our Churches are beautifully presented, as always and are well worth a visit. The crib in Séipéal Lachtaín Naofa is eighty five years old and thanks to safe keeping over the years looks as good as ever. Special thanks to all who decorated our churches so tastefully in time for Christmas. Míle buíochas to all involved.

MUSIC SESSION
The first Music Session of 2018, hosted by Craobh Lachtaín Naofa and Acadh Aidhneach branches of Comhaltas in Murray=92s, Macroom, will be held on Tuesday, January 9th around 9:30pm. A mighty night of music, song, dance and much more awaits all.

SYMPATHY
The death took place recently of Denny Moynihan, Cuan Barra and formerly of Milmorane. Interment took place in Inchigeela Cemetery following Requiem Mass in St. Finbarr and Ronan=92s Church, Béal Áthan Ghaorthaidh.
