- THE LATE BREEDA McGRATH (Nee LEONARD) THE LATE TOM RUSSELL

THE death occurred at a relatively young age on January 20 of Breeda McGrath (Nee Leonard) Kilcruig, Kilfinane, after a short illness.

The late Breeda was well known locally and her popularity was borne out in the very large and representa­tive attendance at her funeral on Monday night at Hannon’s Funeral Home, Kildorrery and also at the Requiem Mass at St Joseph’s Church Ballyorgan on Tuesday and later at the burial in Kildorrery Cemetery.

To her husband Mattie McGrath (a native of Mitchelsto­wn) mother Bridget, sister Margaret Kelly, niece Josie Hayes, mother in law Peggy McGrath, sisters in law Helen O’Connor, Gretta O’Connell, Anne Hyland, Christine Surgey, brothers in law Eamon Kelly, John, Noel, Billy McGrath, father in law, nieces, Sarah, Edwina, Orla, Tara, Ben all nephews, nieces, grandnephe­ws, friends Alice, Maria, Noreen, cousins relatives, neighbours and many friends we tender our sincere sympathy.

THE death occurred on Wednesday, January 24, at Cork University Hospital Cork of Thomas (Tom) Russell Daly’s Terrace, Kilworth.

Tom, as he was best known, was a very popular member of the local community. There was a large and representa­tive attendance at the removal on Thursday evening from Ronayne’s Funeral Home to St. Martin’s Church Kilworth and also at the Requiem Mass and burial on Friday. Interment took place to Kilcrumper Old Cemetery.

To his brothers Pad, Mike, Jim, sister Ella, brother in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.
