-

A KANTURK woman is a key part of a major reshuffle of one of West Cork’s best known legal firms.

Eileen Hayes is a parnter in Hallissey & Partners Solicitors, one of the new firms to emerge from the restructuring and rebranding of the long-established legal practice PJ O’ Driscolls of Bandon.

With a team of more than 25 people, Hallissey & Partners (H&P) will continue to operate from the existing offices at South Main Street, Bandon. Led by Managing Partner Ted Hallissey, the new law firm retains four partners of the previous firm, namely Kanturk native Eileen Hayes, Geraldine Crean, Paul Westcott and Susan Lee, together with all the associate solicitors.

Speaking at the launch of the new firm, Managing Partner Ted Hallissey said: “We are delighted to start 2018 with our new structure which reflects the progress and ambition of our firm. We will continue to deliver excellent results for our clients in a prompt and practical manner, through a combination of experience, expertise and attention to detail.”

With a broad client base, H&P has an ambitious growth plan across all areas of legal practice including property, probate, capital taxes, commercial law, litigation, employment law as well as renewable energy projects, construction and agriculture.
