AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB
Are you interested in a Breakfast Club/After-School Club in Freemount? Following a meeting of community last year it was obvious there is an interest in a service to accommodate children of National School going age, for the duration of the school term.
A survey, to help us determine exactly how much interest there is, has been distributed through Freemount National School and Playschool, is available on FB, or by texting 083 4589222. You can email freemountcd@gmail. com for a copy. Some copies are located also at the back of the church and at Casey’s shop in the village.
Please note also this would be a parent-paid-for service, for which supports may be available for different income thresholds.
By completing the survey you are not committing to using the club if it does become available. And to note also that at this time we are not confirming a breakfast club/after school facility will be created. However, if it is a facility you would like to see set up in Freemount then please use this opportunity to let us know, we would appreciate it.
When completed please pass back through any of the methods above or directly to any member of Freemount Community Development.
We would advise you to always protect your personal details by placing completed forms in a sealed envelope labelled Survey/Freemount Community Development. And to that end be assured we will treat this information with care and use only for the purpose of measuring the interest in setting up this facility.
Thanking you your help. in advance
