DROMTARIFF­E ANNUAL RETREAT

MICHEAL Ó MUIRCHEART­AIGH

Last October Dromariffe Parish hosted a number of speakers as part of the ‘Come along as you are’ evenings. Due to a severe bout of flu, Micheál Ó Muircheart­aigh was unable to come. However, Micheál is returning on Saturday, February 24, to fulfil his promise at 7.30 p.m. Mass in Derrinagre­e. Over his long and successful career he has become a household name and is regarded as the voice of Gaelic Games. No doubt, he will have many stories to tell. A general invitation is extended to come along to Derrinagre­e and afterwards to Dromtariff­e Community Hall for some light refreshmen­ts, music and song and an opportunit­y to meet and greet the great man.
