MICHEÁL Ó MUIRCHEARTAIGH

Last October Dromariffe Parish hosted a number of speakers as part of the “Come along as you are” evenings. Due to a severe bout of flu, Micheál Ó Muircheartaigh was unable to come. However, Micheal is returning on Saturday February 24th to fulfil his promise at 7.30pm Mass in Derrinagree.

Over his long and successful career he has become a household name and is regarded as the voice of Gaelic Games. No doubt, he will have many stories to tell. A general invitation is extended to come along to Derrinagree and afterwards to Dromtariffe Community Hall for some light refreshments, music and song and an opportunity to meet and greet the great man.
