Clubs shine at Scór junior finals

- JOHN TARRANT

EXCITING talent emerged during the Kanturk Credit Union sponsored Duhallow Scór na bPáistí junior finals hosted recently in Meelin Hall.

The innovative programme allowed previous non-prize winners an opportunity to display their cultural flair across categories including music, song, dance and novelty act.

An appreciative attendance warmed to the excellent programme, which was co-ordinated by the Duhallow Scór committee.

The emphasis was very much geared to participation and those involved relished the opportunity to take to the stage.

Duhallow GAA Cultural Officer Liam Buckley who acted as Fear an Tí commended all involved on the growing success of Scór na bPaistí and thanked sponsors Kanturk Credit Union.
