The Late Michael Burke
THE death occurred of Michael Burke, Curraghagalla on April 25. The late Michael was very well known in the local and surrounding areas.
His popularity was borne out in the very large and represented attendance at the removal on Thursday evening from the Chapel of Rest Mitchelstown to the Church of the Holy Family Curraghagalla and also at the Requiem Mass and burial on Friday.
Interment took place to St. Dominic’s Cemetery Glanworth. To his wife Eily (Nee Masterson) sons John, Michael and James, daughters Mary (Kennedy) Ann (Murphy) daughters in law Mary (Murray) Mary (Browne) son in law Jimmy, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister Kitty Murphy, nephews, nieces, relatives neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.
The Late John Reidy
THE death occurred on April 25 at Mallow General Hospital of John Reidy, Billerough Araglin. The late John was in his 89th year.
He was very popular in his local community. There was a large and represented attendance at the removal on Friday evening from the Chapel of Rest Mitchelstown to Araglin Church and also at the Requiem Mass and burial on Saturday. Interment took place to Kilcrumper Old Cemetery.
To his sister Margaret Dwane, brothers Jerome, Mike, brother in law Dave, sisters in law Nellie & Jo, nephews, nieces, relatives neighbours and many friends we tender our sincere sympathy.
The Late Laurance Burke
THE death occurred on Sunday April 22 of Laurance Burke, Glenduff, Mitchelstown at Cork University Hospital.
The late Lar as he was known was a very popular member of the local community. He was in his 90th year and was predeceased by his wife Hannah (Nee Murphy)
There was a large attendance at the removal on Tuesday evening from the Chapel of Rest Baldwin St. Mitchelstown to Ballygiblin Church and also at the Requiem Mass on Wednesday.
Cremation took place at the Island Crematorium Ringaskiddy.
To his daughter Catherine (O’Donoghue) grandchildren Orlaith, Niall son in law Eamon, brother in law Jimmy, nephew Liam Cusack, niece Marie (Canning) relatives, neighbours and friends we tender our sincere sympathy.
