Bowlers enjoy Munster wins

Blarney v Cill na Martra at Coachford, 7pm CORK bowlers hit winning ways away to Waterford in the Munster Social Club Bowling series hosted in Clashmore.

Eugene O’Sullivan and Ned Kelleher grabbed a bowl of odds margin over Decies pair Timmy Desmond and Gene Hourihane In a return score, Hourihane teamed up with club mate, David Foran to take a last shot win from North Cork players, Maurice Cashman and John Breen.

In a three-way score, Kelleher had a last shot before Hourihane and David Foran were back to winning ways again in the last shot.

From the accuracy competitions, Eugene O’Sullivan landed a great win for Cork;Timmy Desmond and David Foran taking the runner positions with Sean Foran emerging best in the underage section.
