Family and friends overseas might like to log into this website to see the Parish Masses and what is happening in the Parish Church. Over the next few weeks, we hope to move to the next phase which is to provide a connection for the sick and housebound. Enquiries about the connection can be made in the sacristy or to 086 3016859.

JUVENILE CLUB MONSTER DRAW – Ballyhea GAA Juvenile Club Monster Draw will take place on Saturday, July 7, in the Corbett Court. Your support is greatly appreciated. Tickets are currently on sale for prizes to the value of €4,250 thanks to CPH Tickets cost €10 each or a book of three for €20.

CLUB DEVELOPMENT – Ballyhea GAA is undertaking a major building construction of dressing rooms, a covered hurling alley, public toilets, a referees’ room and an upstairs area suitable for a gym etc. A Sports Capital Grant has been secured, a loan from Croke Park and a bank loan to finance the majority of this development. However, some fundraising will need to be done to meet the shortfall for this development. The various committees have decided to fundraise with ‘Buy a block to build the wall’. Blocks will be sold at €250 each and on completion of the building, a plaque will be erected with the names of all who contributed to this development.

All of the club’s loans for the previous developments have been cleared, mainly due to your support for the Cork GAA Clubs’ Draw of which about 50% of the funds from each ticket are returned to the club and this money is used solely for development and with your support, this will continue, hopefully.

The development represents the community spirit that has become a major part of Ballyhea GAA achievements over so many years.

Your support of our great club is very much appreciated and we hope you will support this new venture from which many generations will benefit in the years ahead. Your support will make a difference and you can make your contribution count by contacting any member of the committee or if you would like further information, the club website is
