COUCH TO 5K

Commencing on Monday next, August 20, you are invited to Couch to 5k in Glash. The fitness exercise will take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings commencing at 7.45 p.m. Beginners and advanced welcome. Start easy and work up to 5k. Social and fun walk or jog.
