MAUREEN O’ROURKE R.I.P.

THE death took place on Friday, September 21 of Mauren O’Rourke at Cork University Hospital.

Maureen is predeceased by her sister Kathleen (nèe Noonan) and is survived by her partner, Eugene, son Eugene, daughter Sarah brother John, sisters Eileen, Mag Theresa and Winnie.

Requiem Mass was celebrated in the Church of the Resurrection at 2.30pm on Monday, September 24 followed by burial in St. Gobnait’s Cemetery.

TONI NOONAN R.I.P.

THERE was much sadness in the community at the news of the passing of Toni Noonan (nèe Cotter) at Cork University Hospital on Sunday, September 23.

From O’Keeffe Walk and formerly of Canon Sheehan Place, Toni was a very popular and much loved lady in Mallow and beyond, Even battling her own illness, Toni will be lovingly remembered for her great kindness towards others and her radiant smile.

She was a regular visitor to Lourdes for many years where she was accompanied by her dedicated family.

Toni is predeceased by her sister Phyllis and survived by her husband, Dermot, son Jonathan, daughters Deirdre, Tracy, Pam and Karen, relations, neighbours, friends and her Lourdes family.

Requiem Mass was celebrated in the Church of the Resurrection on Tuesday September 25 followed by burial in St. Gobnait’s Cemetery. To the Noonan family we extend our sincere condolences.
