FOROIGE CLUB

An informatio­n and registrati­on meeting will take place for the new Youth Club this Thursday, Oct. 25 from 7.00-8.00pm in the Hall. The Club will commence on Nov. 8 at 7.30pm and meet every fortnight. Open to all 12-18 year olds. Contact Emma Browne (087-4134777) for more info. This is an exciting venture for our community and we look forward to it enhancing our community.

SESSION: Cuisle Avondhu presents a session in KIllavulle­n Community Centre on Saturday October 27th from 730pm onwards. Tunes from their recent workshops will be played on the night. All are welcome.

COFFEE MORNING

Killavulle­n Active Retirement Group will hold their next coffee morning on Wednesday October 31st in Killavulle­n Community Centre between 10 and 11 am. We are looking forward to the gathering and welcome new members who may wish to join us on the day.

FARMERS MARKET

Killavulle­n Farmer’s Market are hosting a Winter Floral Arrangemen­t Competitio­n at their market on Saturday November 3rd. The themes for your imaginatio­n are SPIRIT OF WINTER and NANO’S DREAM. TABLE QUIZ

The popular annual Table Quiz for the Parish Christmas Party has been changed from Fri Nov 2nd to Friday November 9th in The Haven Bar at 930pm. A table of 4 is €40 and it is always a night of fun and banter. The money raised goes towards treating the older members of Community to a Christmas Party. We would love to see new faces at this quiz, and appeal to all to make an effort to support this annual fundraiser for our esteemed members of the Parish. The Christmas Party is planned for Fri Dec 7th.

SANTA IS NOT COMING TO TOWN

Unfortunat­ely due to circumstan­ces beyond our control Santa will be postponing his Killavulle­n visit this December. The Christmas lights will now be turned on following
