On this Saturday night 17th November a table quiz will be held at Moll Carthy’s Bridge Bar Kilcorney in aid of Kilcorney National School Parents Association commencing at 9pm. All support will be greatly appreciated.

Dromtarriffe did Strictly: And a great successful night was enjoyed by over 900 people at the Charleville Park last Saturday night. Thanks from the club to the main organisers Mary Collins, Catherine Ferns, Noreen McSweney ; the 14 couples who entertained their dancing skills ..the numerous volunteers who helped in any way & the production company ; but by no means least the 4 judges James Masters, Ciara O.Sullivan; Julie Nolan Duggan & Ger Tancred. DROMTARIFFE FOOTBALLERS

Footballers qualify for Munster Semi Final defeating Kildimno Pallaskenry, Limerick 2.10 to 1.7 last Saturday in Mallow. Goals from Shane Collins and Mark O Connor ensured victory in this first Munster challenge . Dromtarriffe will play the Waterford Champions Mount Sion in the semi-final this coming Saturday at 1.30pm in Mallow. Please support.

BOWLING NOTES

Winter Competions-Ned Kelleher and Aaron Mackey teamed up together to record a last shot win over Eugene O Sullivan and Donal Cashman. Danny Murphy and Paddy O Keeffe and Patrick McSweeney did the business with a bowl of odds to spare over Aaron Mackey and Maurice Cashman and Pedro Fonfaca. Eugene O Sullivan grasped a last shot win over Ned Kelleher and a bowl of odds was the winning margin against Aaron Mackey. Maurice Cashman and Donal Cashman had it all to do to take a last shot win off Danny Murphy and Pedro Fonfaca and also a last shot win off Paddy O Keeffe and Patrick McSweeny.
