The curtain came down on a great season for Clyda Rovers under-16 Football team on a wet and cold Friday night in Mourneabbey. Clyda lost out to Aghada on a score of 2-7 to 1-6. Conditions can only be described as horrendous but both teams gave a good performance none the less.

Sean Dennehy leading the lines in the back, accompanied by a solid performances from Rowan Doherty and Sean Browne. Cormac Reilly marshalled the half back line well while Conor Corbitt was in usual scoring form up front. It was all square at half time.
