Young students tickle the ivories at Bellevue

-

ON Friday and Sunday last, February 1 & 3, piano recitals were given at Centre Stage School, Bellevue, Mallow by some very talented piano students.

Teachers Louise Luddy, Sarah Finn, Allanah Rankine and Kym Corridan were very proud to present a programme of several musical genres performed on piano by their students. A wide ranging and varied selection was heard with every musical style from childhood favourites ‘Old McDonald’ and ‘Drummer Boy’, to compositions by Bach and Scarlatti.

All the students involved are working hard towards exams of different grades in May, and the teachers and audiences were very impressed with the level of skill and accomplishment exhibited.
