Having a laugh in Coachford could leave you Out Of Order
A WAYWARD politician, his poor assistant, a dead body, a dangerous window that seems to have a life of its own, a young female secretary, her angry husband, daft hotel staff and unexpected visitors all make for a truly hilarious comedy.
‘Out of Order by Ray Cooney is being performed by Coachford Players in Coachford GAA Hall on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday – December 7th to 10th in the GAA hall in Coachford at 8pm each night.
This rip roaring comedy has wowed audiences in London’s West End and is one of Ray Cooney’s most popular farcical comedies. The laughs come thick and fast from curtain up to the very end. Audiences will enjoy a belly aching laugh all night long.
“This is a terrific show and one that will really set you up to enjoy the festive season ahead. It really is a great comedy and there is so much going on that it makes for fantastic fun. We are expecting great crowds as usual for our December play.” said Willie Barrett, Chairman of the group.
Coachford Players are one of the longest running drama groups in County Cork. The group of actors and performers have performed plays and musicals all over the country. They have been in existence for over 30 years and their productions have won many awards and even more fans.
They have taken to the stage in the past with plays from, amongst others; John B. Keane, William Shakespeare, Brian Friel, Martin McDonagh, Dermot Bolger, Anton Chekov and now Ray Cooney. Coachford

‘Out of Order’ will begin each night at 8pm and tickets (€15) are available at the door of the GAA Hall in Coachford. There are concessions for OAPs, students and the unwaged.
