William Coffey

The death occurred on November 26 of William Coffey, St Colman’s Park, Fermoy, and formerly of Melleray, Cappoquin.

The late William was a very popular member of the local area.

There was a large and represente­d attendance at the Removal on Thursday evening from Ronayne’s Funeral Fermoy to St Patrick’s Church, and also at the Requiem Mass and burial on Friday. Interment took place to Kilcrumper New Cemetery.

To his wife, Pauline (née Eivers); son, Emmett; daughters, Marian (Ryan), Diane (Dunlea),

Helen (Morrisson) and Finola (Jones); grandchild­ren, Martha, Anthony, Caileann, Eve, Hannah, Garvin, Ronan, Liadan, Emily, Leo, Ruby, Malachy and Tiernan; daughter-inlaw, Ella; sons-in-law, Martin, Brendan, John and Kevin; brother, Tom; sisters, Sr Joan Coffey and Sr Maura Coffey; sisters-in-law, Peggy, Marie; nieces; nephews; relatives; neighbours and friends, we tender our sincere sympathy.

Eleanor Gillespie

The death occurred on November 24 at The Tara Wintrope Private Clinic, Swords, County Dublin, of Eleanor

Gillespie (née Rea), late of 12 Ballinwill­in Close, Mitchelsto­wn, and formerly of Upper Cork Street, Mitchelsto­wn.

The late Eleanor was predecease­d by her husband, Sean, Fintona, County Tyrone.

There was a large attendance at the Parish Church on Wednesday night when her Funeral arrived.

There was also a fine gathering for the Requiem Mass and burial on Thursday.

Interment took place to the adjoining cemetery.

To her daughters, Michelle, Orla and Esther; sons in law, Derek, Bryan and Evan; grandchild­ren, Catherine,

Sinead, Liam, Lauren, Daniel and Aoife; brother, Fr David; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nephews; niece; relatives and many friends, we tender our sincere sympathy.

Michael Buckley

The death occurred unexpected­ly on November 15 in London of Michael Buckley, formerly of Downing, Kilworth.

The late Michael was well known in the local and surroundin­g areas.

His popularity was borne out in the very large and represente­d attendance that was present on Sunday morning at St Martin’s Church for his

Requiem Mass.

Burial took place to Kilcrumper New Cemetery.

To his brother, Sean; sistersin-law, Mary and Eileen; nephews; nieces; grandnephe­ws and grandniece­s; relatives; neighbours and friends, we tender our sincere sympathy.

Joe Coffey

The death occurred in November 26 at Milford Care Cente, Limerick of Paddy Joe Coffey, Tully, Glenroe.

The late Paddy was a very popular member of the community.

He was in his 90th year. His popularity was borne out in the very large and represente­d attendance that were present at Ryan’s Funeral Home Ballylande­rs, on Friday evening for his Funeral, and also at Church of Our Lady of Ransom, Glenroe, on Saturday for the Requiem Mass and burial.

Interment took place to the adjoining cemetery.

To his wife, Eileen; sons, Jimmy, Patrick, Liam and Donal; daughters, Mary, Anne, Theresa and Carmel; 13 grandchild­ren; sons-in-law; daughters-in-law; sister-in-law, Sheila and her husband, John Joe; extended family; kind neighbours and friends, we tender our sincere sympathy.
