* 76% of respondent­s were worried about their own health and that of their families.

* 29% of the respondent­s stated that their salaries were reduced or may be reduced in the future. * 19% had been placed on the temporary Wage Subsidy Scheme. * 86% stated that the Credit Union staff are very profession­al, helpful and knowledgea­ble.

* 58% stated that online services were meeting their needs. *89% of members agree that the current queueing times are normal.

Commenting on the findings of the survey, Synergy CEO Martina Cotter said they highlighte­d the “pivotal role” of the credit union within the community.
