NEWMARKET GAA lotto tickets are available to purchase in local businesses, including Twomey’s butchers and Market 18.
There is also a new lotto stand in Hannon’s Mace. All draws will take place in the club house.
Contact Sean Irwin, Luke McCarthy or Tony Lehane if you would like to purchase a six-month or 12-month lotto subscription. There is also a monthly direct-debit subscription available at the cost of €7 a month. The latest draw took place Monday evening, September 21, at 9pm.
There was no winner of the €2,300 jackpot. The numbers drawn were 1, 6, 10 and 17.
Tom Murphy scooped the top lucky-dip prize, €50, while Con and Ber Goggin; PJ Curtin; DD and Aoife; and Julien O’Keeffe each won €30.
CULTURE NIGHT 2020
ALMOST 2,000 people tuned into the Scullys Fest Culture Night concert on Friday night last.
The 40-minute concert featured a range of footage from local musicians, poets and a look back at some previous Culture night offerings.

PREMIER FOOTBALLERS TAKE ON FELLOW DUHALLOW SIDE
THE NEWMARKET Premier Intermediate Footballers will take on Knocknagree for a place in the Bon Secours-sponsored Premier Intermediate Football Championship Cork.
The match will take place this Saturday, September 26, in Kiskeam at 4pm.
