Kildorrery to seal final spot
Kildorrery v Aghabullogue
Sunday, September 27 Glantane 4pm
KILDORRERY and Aghabullogue will lock horns this weekend with the winner making it to the showpiece game of this season’s IAHC.
The sides may have secured their respective places in the last four of this very competitive championship with some aplomb but this weekend both squads will need to perform at their best as the opposition will likely win out if anything less than 100% is offered.
For Kildorrery, players of the quality of Peter O’Brien, James Keating, Finbarr Stapleton, James McEniry, and William Fouhy will be key to their progression while on the other side, Aghabullogue are likely to have players of the quality of Matthew Bradley, Shane Tarrant and Ian Barry Murphy on their starting line-up with all three, along with every other man selected to play for the Muskerry men going to give 100% on what will be a huge day for the club.
Like most of the games this weekend the game between Kildorrery and Aghabullogue is really too close to call. Both sides have all the credentials required to not only win this game but win this competition. After seeing both sides play this season it is difficult to call this one but if forced – Kildorrery by two – just a guess if I am honest.
Verdict: Kildorrery
