1 It appears from documents presented in court that at least some members of An Garda Síochána were aware of how interviews were being conducted. Why wasn’t this addressed? 2 Eleven gardaí were tasked with this investigation. Were they asked if they were satisfied with how the investigation was carried out and did they have any input into the decision-making around this process?
