Elaine books into bootcamp ahead of launch

POPULAR afternoon TV host Elaine Crowley has a busy few months in store – as she prepares to launch her own range of dresses and she’s just been nominated for her first Irish Film and Television Academy Award.

And to ensure she’s in tip-top shape and form, Elaine spent the last week at No 1 Bootcamp in Norfolk.

Elaine headed to the UK where she was trained by a crack fitness team – whose chief instructor is an ex Royal Marine – who put her through her paces.

Last week we revealed Elaine is set to enter the fashion foray with her own line of eponymous evening wear, the Irish Mail on Sunday can reveal.

The stylish TV3 host has collaborated with popular clothing brand So Amazing to release a collection of ready-to-wear evening dresses.

So ahead of her launch she attended the celebrity camp who have a stellar reputation in the bootcamp business.

And while she was tucked away in Norfolk, England, exercising and following a clean eating diet, Elaine learned that she has been nominated for her first IFTA for TV Presenter Of The Year, alongside the likes of Graham Norton and Ryan Tubridy.

While she couldn’t toast the good news with a glass of bubbly, she did take a shot of wheatgrass as she is boxing clever for the months ahead.
