AN APARTMENT in Dublin owned by solicitor Declan O’Callaghan and his wife Mary is close to being sold.

Located just a stone’s throw away from the Four Courts in at the Spinnaker Building on Arran Quay, the property was placed on the market with an asking price of €200,000 by the auctioneer­ing firm run by Roscommon County Council chairman Ivan Connaughto­n.

It is described as a prime one-bedroom third-floor apartment and this weekend was listed on Connaughto­n Auctioneer­s’s website as Sale Agreed.
