After regularly scandalising nutritionists for putting her great figure down to skipping breakfast, claiming that eating it made her feel hungry all day and caused her to pile on the pounds, Liz has been proven right by medical researchers.
According to the British Medical Journal, those who eat what was reputed to be the most important meal of the day consume more calories than those who give it a miss and actually end up weighing more.
Now that’s great news for those of us who spend every morning pretending to like porridge and chia seeds. If we hadn’t bothered we might have been bikini models like Liz.
