WEEK AHEAD

Cloud and rain will slowly edge up towards southern parts tomorrow, though many regions will have another fine and dry day, with some spells of sunshine. Some rain or drizzle is expected in the south and west on Tuesday, though elsewhere will remain predominantly dry, with variable cloud cover and bright spells. It will turn increasingly windy on Wednesday, with rain spreading eastwards across the country, some of which will be heavy. Thursday looks to be unsettled too.
