This special programme is an interview with Angela Lansbury, the now 94-year-old star who has appeared in over 60 films. In 2016 she spoke to Aedín Gormley in a public interview at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre as part of the Dublin Internatio­nal Film Festival. In an incredible career, Angela experience­d the glory days of Hollywood in her early film roles in the likes of Gaslight and The Picture Of Dorian Grey. As a Broadway leading lady she was hugely impressive in Mame and Sweeney Todd, moving on then to the hugely successful TV series Murder, She Wrote, in which she played Jessica Fletcher.
