If you want a fond farewell... COLD FEET Monday, 9pm, UTV

If you want a tough test... SPECIAL FORCES ULTIMATE HELL WEEK Monday, 9.35pm, RTé2

As the series returns for a new run, 28 civilian recruits (21 men and 7 women) are put through a special forces selection course by chief instructor Ray Goggins (second left). In episode one of the gruelling reality show, their vehicle is ambushed while en route to base camp.
