Vogue and Spencer craft a surprise for TV birthday bash

-

VOGUE WILLIAMS has done her fair share of diverse TV gigs, from Dancing With The Stars, to winning a Bear Grylls survival programme to appearing on Celebrity Mastermind and hosting her very own Heart FM radio show.

Now, the 34-year-old model and presenter has joined hubby Spencer Matthews to appear on comedian Keith Lemon and co-host Anna Richardson’s crafting show, which has been billed as a ‘Bake Off for crafts’.

Guests on The Fantastical Factory Of Curious Craft will include Martin Kemp, Mel B, and Eamonn Holmes. Vogue and Spencer are up this week.

Lemon appears as a Willy Wonkaesque host and the assorted crafters must impress the judges with their creations, culminating in a celebdriven finale.

This week, Lemon challenges the crafters to make a superhero costume from scratch in just four hours, with the contestants employing such materials as foam mats, plaiting and something called ‘thermochromic painted material’.

But the real challenge comes when they have to impress Vogue and Spencer, who married in 2018 and welcomed their son Theo the same year.

They have to create a Scottishthemed centrepiece for Vogue’s birthday bash at Spencer’s impressive family pile in the Scottish highlands.

The couple appeared together in their own reality TV show Spencer, Vogue And Baby Too – which was commissioned for a second series – and they are now expecting their second child, a girl.

Spencer, who made it big in TV on the Made In Chelsea reality show, has launched his own luxury diamond business, as well a line of spirits. His parents manage a 10,000-acre estate and mansion and carry the honorary titles of Laird and Lady Glen Affric.

So between Vogue and her hubby’s impressive creative CVs, whatever the crafters come up with for the pair, it better be good.

The Fantastical Factory Of Curious Craft airs on Channel 4, at 7.15pm tonight
