AS Ireland’s rugby heroes tried for World Cup glory, their stylish wives and girlfriends were also putting their best feet forward.

JEssiCa o’MaHonY, wife of Peter, has been leading the way by documenting her weekly forays to France in an array of fashionable and practical outfits. The mother-oftwo and qualified solicitor-turnedinfluencer has been paying her own way with a number of paid promotions to coincide with her World Cup trips.

Joanna CooPER, the newlywed wife of Conor Murray also has bags of style as she flies the fashion flag in France. Flier in an Irish team jersey in her own matching game-day look. Ensuring she does not miss a match Sophie splurged on a showstopping timepiece from luxury watchmaker Jaeger LeCourtier. The sapphire blue Swiss-made watch makes for a stunning, understated addition to her World Cup wardrobe.

ELainE sUtton, who married prop Andrew Porter in July, has also been knocking it out of the pitch as she goes from laid-back look to full-on French style. While the Irish team jersey is the unofficial match-day attire, Elaine teamed her green shirt with a denim mini skirt. But for postmatch nights out on the town, she has gone full on glam with a slinky, shimmering, figure-hugging number.

Meanwhile, Roisin MURRaY has managed to make green gingham look effortlessly cool. Roisin, the partner of wing wizard Mack Hansen, was pictured après match donning a green, peplum top with a casual pair of boyfriend jeans for an effortlessly chic outfit as she joined the rest of the rugby wags for dinner and what looked like the finest of wine.

Roisin has her own inimitable sense of style; she previously attended a black tie rugby ball in a slinky, long black dress she wore with a pair of on-trend New Balance runners.
