COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROMOTER: DMG Media. Entry to the promotion is limited to one per person. The promotion is open to residents on the island of Ireland aged 18 or over excluding employees of the promoter(s) and members of their household. The competition will run until midnight 27th November 2023. No entries will be accepted after this date. To enter, email or post your nominated Hands-on Community Hero, explaining in no more than 250 words why they deserve to be recognised. Please include your own name, telephone number and email. Entries received by post will only be contacted by telephone or email. Failure to supply these details will make your entry void. The winners will be notified by 8th Dec 2023. The winning entries will be chosen by a team of three judges, 1 from DMG Media, 1 from Neutrogena® and 1 Independent. Winner will be notified by EMAIL or PHONE to the address or phone number provided on entry and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by a winner to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the Promoter’s email or phone call will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then contact a substitute winner, selected at the same time as the original who will be contacted as above. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize if the substitute winner fails to claim the prize. The results are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners’ details will be shared with the third-party provider of the prize in order for it to be fulfilled. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and picture in an article in the newspaper and on the website and social media channels of Neutrogena®. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by, and are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
