VOGUE Williams has pocketed more than half a million euro from the sale of her Howth Summit home, the Irish Mail on Sunday can reveal.

According to the Property Price Register, podcaster and reality TV star Vogue sold her plush seaside home for a staggering €1.46m.

In 2019 Ms Williams bought ‘Kapiti’, a three-storey townhouse on Thormanby Road at Howth Summit in Dublin, for €930,000.

But last summer she decided to sell up after she spotted her ‘dream forever family home’, also located in her childhood town of Howth. So Kapiti was placed on the market with a guide price of €1.29m.

The MoS revealed in August that the house had gone sale agreed with the agent saying that while they couldn’t disclose the price it was above market value. Now records reveal that on December 8, Kapiti sold for €1,460,000 netting Vogue a profit of €530,000.

Property records further reveal that Vogue is listed as the sole owner of Kapiti with the documents indicating that she purchased the property independent of her husband Spencer Matthews.

Ms Williams has enjoyed previous financial success in the property market. Before meeting and marrying Made in Chelsea reality TV star Spencer, Ms Williams lived in a two-bed apartment in the Findlater complex, overlooking Howth Harbour, purchased in 2015 for €255,000.

But after relocating to London following her marriage, the apartment lay idle before she put it back on the market in October 2019. It took a while to shift, but she eventually sold it for €410,000 – far above the asking price.

Now with €530,000 in profits, the canny investor will be free to lavish funds on her new home on Howth Head, photos of which she has already shared on social media.
