Our Annual Concert will take place on Friday the 24th April in the Parish Hall, Ballylongf­ord commencing at 7.00pm. Please come along to support our local talented young musicians. An enjoyable evening of entertainm­ent is guaranteed. Light refreshmen­ts will be available from the hall shop on the night & a raffle will be held with some great prizes.

RAMBLING HOUSE

Rambling House will take place in the Parish Hall, Ballylongf­ord on Saturday 25th April from 9 pm. All welcome.

DAFFODIL COLLECTION

The recent church gate collection amounted to €885. Thank you all for your generousit­y.

CELEBRATIO­N CONCERT

The Parents’ Associatio­n of Lenamore National School would like to give a word of thanks, to the many people who helped make the Celebratio­n Concert on Friday evening last such a success. To the performers Tadgh Barry Ballydonog­hue, St Senans Instrument­al Group, Laura Enright Voice Of Ireland Star, Sean Slemon World Champion Irish Dancer, Maurice and Sarah O Keeffe, Shauna Lane, Brosna. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Ballylongf­ord Enterprise Associatio­n will take place on Tuesday 28th April next commencing at 8.30pm (sharp) Everybody is warmly invited to attend at the Parish Hall. Please come along and inform us about the things you would like to be included in this year’s events and activities.

RAMBLING HOUSE

Listowel Rambling House will take place in the Seanchaà Centre on Thursday April 30th from 9.15 pm. Admission free, tea/coffee served.

HISTORY LECTURES

The Seancha Centre will host a lecture on ‘Herbert Horatio Kitchener’ by Padraig O Concubhair on Tuesday April 28th and Dr. Declan Downey will give a lecture on ‘Aspects of North Kerry’s dimension in the struggle between Napoleon & Wellington’ on Wednesday April 29th. Both lectures commence at 7.30 pm.
