Business women meetin Killarney to mark Women’s Enterprise Day

MORE than 120 businesswo­men joined forces this week with the Local Enterprise Office Keny to celebrate ten years of 'National Women's En-terprise Day' with a major event at The Brehon Hotel in Killarney. The Local Enterprise Office Kerry, was amongst 31 LEOs in local authoritie­s all over the country which participat­ed in inspiring National Women's Enterprise Day gatherings which saw innovative female entreprene­urs share their "road to success." Guest speakers included Barbara Moynihan, On Your Feet; Clodagh McCarthy, Bright Sparks Coaching; Antoinette Butler of Ireland Host Family; Julia Lynes of Eazy City; Rosie Mansfield of Go Cambio; Maura Hunter of MH Designs; Valerie Kingston, Glenilen Farm; Helen Houri-hane of the Health and Safety Authority; Greg Canty, of Fuzion Communicat­ions; Caroline McEnery, of The HR Suite and Kieran O'Connor Bullseye Marketing in associatio­n with Enterprise Europe Network. The speakers told the packed room the business success secrets, and gave inspired an motivation­al presentati­ons on how women make it in the business world.
