ACTIVE RETIRED GROUP

On Wednesday November 30th there will be a demonstration on how to make Christmas wreaths and centre pieces for tables in the Abbeydorney Parish Hall at 11.30 am. Tea and scones will be served before demonstration. Afterwards a meal will be served followed by entertaintment. All are welcome.

SELF-CARE DAY

This self-care day at Ardfert Retreat Centre offers wellness skills that can be readily incorporated into one’s life to heal physical and emotional symptoms related to our everyday life stressors. Learn practices that help to restore a more sustainable life balance. Some of these practices include - E.F.T. (emotional freedom technique), breathwork, fingerholds, and head neck shoulder release (and many more). The next workshop will be held on Saturday, 19th November 2016 in Ardfert Retreat Centre from 9.45am to 4.00pm. Cost for the full day workshop is 40 euros including tea and coffee. The workshop is facilitated by Anna O’Donoghue I.A.C.P. & Betty Garnett I.A.C.P.

Parish Christmas Retreat in Ardfert Retreat Centre on Thurs. 24th Nov at 7.30 p.m. Please note that this replaces the separate men’s and women’s retreat. Christmas Mass Bouquet Cards and a selection of other Mass Cards available from the Parish Office. Sr. Teresa will have a Prayer Meeting in Day Chapel of Abbeydorney Church on Wednesdays during Advent at 7.30 p.m.
