ARDFERT is already hanging for the Christmas dinner after being treated to a mouth-watering demonstration of yuletide cooking in another great fundraising event from Ardfert National School.

A Taste of Christmas brought a great crowd out to the Ballyroe Heights Hotel as talented chef and Ardfert NS parent Kevin O’Connor showed exactly how to knock the socks off all with sublime Christmas cooking.

Paul and Noel are hospitality professionals based in Tralee who write a popular blog about food and wild local edibles.
