The auction group held their first auction of the year on Feburary 23rd and sold 93% of the properties offered. The auction team are now inviting entries for their upcoming auctions, and with buyers spread across the province and further, the auction team are confident they can continue to get strong results at their upcoming public auctions and also their online auction platform. The online auctions runs for a 45 day period and allows prospective buyers the time they need view the property and decide if they wish to place a bid. All bids are made visible on the online auction website www.munsterpropertyauction.ie and the highest bidder secures the property providing the agreed reserve has been met. This system gives great transparency to all parties while each property benefits from the advertising campaign undertaken by an auction group.
The Munster Property Auction are now inviting property owners who are looking to sell their property without any upfront costs to contact the auction team. Before any property comes to the market, the auction team will agree a minimum reserve figure - giving the property owner total control over their minimum walkaway figure. Bidding can also continue past the reserve price until the highest bidder has secured the property.
