Killarney Library delight as hugely popular festival returns
KILLARNEY Library is delighted to announce that the hugely popular Bealtaine Festival will return again this May - the festival is a national celebration of creativity as we age.
Killarney Library will host two events over the course of the festival.
The first event is a two-part art workshop facilitated by Tina Reed and will take place on Thursday 11th & Thursday 18th May 11.00am - 12.30pm with prior booking essential as places are going to be very limited limited on this workshop.

Never one to rest on its laurels too much however, the Killarney Library team will also be hosting a film screening as part of Bealtaine Festival celebrations.
“12 Angry Men” starring Henry Fonda will be screened on Tuesday 16th May at 6.30pm.
Considered one of the all-time great cinema classics this film focuses on a jury’s deliberation in a capital murder case and it won the Best Film award at the 1958 Oscar ceremony.
This event is screened in association with Access Cinema and is sure to draw a great crowd so if you are in and around the town during the Festival - make sure pop in and enjoy all of the various festivities.
