County Under-21 football championship starts next week
COUNTY U-21 CHAMPIONSHIP
THE CCC have fixed the seven first round games in the Acorn Life Under-21 football championship.
Games will be played on Wednesday next (June 21) at 7:30pm:
Austin Stacks v South Kerry (Connolly Park)
St Brendans v Dingle (Blennerville)
West Kerry v Kerins O’Rahillys (Castlegregory)
An Ghaeltacht v Mid Kerry (Gallarus)
East Kerry v Feale Rangers (Rathmore)
Shannon Rangers v Kenmare District (Coolard)
St Kierans v Spa (Brosna) Dr Crokes have a Bye
The quarter-finals are pencilled in for the following Wednesday (June 28).
COUNTY SFC RD 3 DRAW
THE draw for Round 3 of the Garveys Supervalu Senior Football Championship will be made at the Kingdom Greyhound Stadium on Friday June 16 at the Kerry GAA Night of Champions.
The losers from Round 2A i.e. Dingle, Feale Rangers, Killarney Legion and St Brendans, will be drawn against the winners from Round 2B i.e.
Kenmare Shamrocks, West Kerry, South Kerry and East Kerry with four quarter final places at stake on the weekend of July 9.
Repeat fixtures to be avoided if possible.
COUNTY MFC DRAW
THE draw for the Keane’s Supervalu Killorglin Minor Football Championship was made live on Radio Kerry on Saturday afternoon by Peter Keane of Keane’s Supervalu Killorglin (sponsor) and Peter Twiss, Chairman of the County CCC.
The draw resulted in the following pairings, with first named having home venue:
