KERRY HOSPICE
WALK
The friends of Kerry Palliative Care will have their first walk on Sunday the 30th of July and its all in aid of Kerry Hospice. This will take place around the Glanagennty walk and it will take in the short route and the medium route and also allowing the harder walk for more experienced walkers. The first two walks usually take 1and a half hours with the harder walk taking anything up to 2 and a half hours.
There is no sponsorship cards but people who are taking part in the walk can make a contribution on the day. Simon Moynihan, who is son of our Chairman Ted Moynihan is chief organiser of the event and he has being working very hard over the last few weeks. Registration takes place between 10am and 11 am. Get your boots on and come out and experience some of the great sites that this walk takes in.
Well done to all who are involved in the organising of this event, a huge thank you to all who have supported it in any way and good luck to all who are taking part.
CAR BOOT SALE
Glenbeigh /Glencar will hold a car boot sale on Sunday the 6th of August in the local GAA grounds. Sellers are asked to be there for 10am with buyers asked to come at 11 am. This is always a very interesting event with loads of great finds and items for all age groups.
CHURCH GATE COLLECTION
The Dingle Branch of Kerry Hospice were due to have a church gate collection last weekend but it will be rescheduled for another date. More information to follow.

Best of luck to the Kerry footballers who are playing Galway next weekend. Many of the lads on the team are always very helpful and willing to help Kerry Hospice in many of our events down through the years.
