DAN PADDY ANDY FESTIVAL

Preparatio­ns for the twentieth Dan Paddy Andy Festival are just about complete and this is the programme for the five day event held over the August Bank Holiday Weekend.=85.

Thursday August 3. 9.30pm. A taste of The Irish Rambling House Show that entertains the exiles followed by the festival opening and a roving microphone for a song or a story from anyone who wanders in. With tea and a slice of Dan’s cake come back with us to a rambling house of long ago.

Friday August 4. 9.30pm. Come to the Ceilí -- with music by Tim Joe & Anne O’Riordan.

Saturday August 5 2.30pm. Dog Show Entries to Margaret 087 6971452 Followed by Sylvano, The Magician. 9.30pm Marquee Dancing Mike Condon. This dance includes our very popular Waltzing Competitio­n with 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes. Judge Mike Murphy.
