GRAVEYARD MASSES

Make a note of the dates, starting the August Bank Holiday weekend. Monday, August 07, 8.00pm Ahavoher. Tuesday, August 08, 8.00pm Old Knockanure and Wednesday, August 09 8.00pm Murhur. People even travel from abroad to attend the Masses. It is great to see the respect shown by relatives. Thank you to the Graveyard Committee for the effort and time put into keeping all three graveyards in excellent condition.

LOURDES PILGRIMAGE

Pilgrimage to Lourdes will take place from September 2nd -- 7th and will be led by Bishop of Kerry -Ray Browne. Flights are from Kerry Airport and anyone interested in travelling on this pilgrimage should contact Janice O Sullivan on 064 7758219.

SUMMER SCHOOL

COUNTY LEAGUE

Scartaglen played Keel in Scartaglen on Friday evening last in Round 9 of the Credit Union County League. This was a very wild and wet evening and the local side lost to the visitors on a scoreline of 1-9 to 0-4.
