PARENT WORKSHOP
Are you parenting a misunderstood child? Join us for a series of 4 FREE workshops filled with information, strategies, and parenting tips covering the following topics: * Understanding a misunderstood child * Communicating with schools/professionals * Emotion regulation /calming strategies * Dealing with challenging behaviour * Personal coping strategies * Information on supports and resources * Fostering self-esteem * Connecting with your child * Making Home a Haven * Organisation skills etc. * Helpful tips on homework * Transition to second/third level To get the most benefit one should attend all 4 workshops. PARENT BABY/TODDLER
We are delighted to announce that we will be restarting our Parent Baby/Toddler Group with two Workshops on Massage & Reflexology, delivered by Ann O’Donnell of Coisceim: Tuesday 19th and Tuesday 26th September from 10.30am to 12 noon. Cost: €2 per family Are you a Parent, Grandparent, Career, Child-minder of a toddler? Then why not come along and join our Parent & Baby/Toddler Group. Giving you the chance to meet up for a cuppa. While the kids have a chance to play and make new friends.

Gardening Classes - Kathleen Barrett will resume a series of 6 classes starting on Thursday 28th September, from 11am1pm. Cost: participants cover the cost of materials used. FETAC 3 Culinary Operations Learn how to prepare, cook & present nutritious meals. Also learn various cooking methods, food quality & costing’s.

DANCING CLASSES

CLOTHES COLLECTION
Shannonside Womens’ Group, are having a Clothes collection on Thursday, October 12, from 8 to 10am in the church carpark. All clothing, bags, boots, curtains etcetera are all acceptable but no duvets or pillowcases. All proceeds in aid of St. Mary’s Church.
PIONEER GATHERING
The Munster Pioneer Gathering, takes place on Sunday, October 1, 2017 in Woodlands House Hotel, Adare, Co Limerick. Registration is at 10.30 am.
