WEDDING BELLS

Heartiest congratula­tions and best wishes to Mary Mahony daughter of Tom and late Maura Mahony, Tullig, Kilflynn and J.J Kelliher son of Mags andJohn Joe Kelliher, Banemore, Listowel, who were married in St. Michael’s Church, Lixnaw, on Saturday 30th September. Fr Maurice Brick officiated at the beautiful ceremony. The Bestman was Anthony Keane and groomsman was Richard Kelliher.(Brother of the groom) Bridesmaid­s were Nicola Bowler with Claire McElligott. Flowergirl was Keeva Mahony. And Pageboy was Jack Mahony. A large crowd of family and friends attended the wedding ceremony and afterwards the wedding reception, which was held in Ballygarry House Hotel and Spa, Tralee, and the couple will reside in Tullig, Kilflynn. A great day and night, was had by all in attendance. We wish Mary and J.J many happy years of married life together.

Tidy Towns Kilmoyley is holding a litter pick this Saturday October 21st at 10am, meeting at the church. We want to have as big a turnout as possible so we can cover several roads. Afterwards we’ll call to the shop for a cuppa and a chat. So come along and bring a couple of friends with you!
