Cahersiveen’s new business hub
OFFiCE-Light is the first shared office and co-working space in south Kerry which has just opened its doors on West Main Street, Cahersiveen.
This purpose built facility offers clients a state of the art environment in which to work and profile their business - all set in first-class facilities that include high speed fibre broadband, conference call and skype access. This is Cahersiveen’s first business hub designed to suit all budgets and timescales offering private, shared, and virtual office space as well as boardroom facilities, all of which can be rented on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis.
“This specifically designed facility gives clients a place to do business and network in a professional environment. The hub is accessible, spacious, and modern and located in the town centre. Clients have the added advantage of setting up business in a beautiful destination,” said Declan Sugrue, proprietor of OFFiCE-Light.
High-speed fibre broadband access eliminates one of the main headaches for clients who can also welcome their customers into an office space that is second to none, while nearby cafés, restaurants and stunning scenery is a bonus when doing business.
Declan is the man behind OFFiCE-Light and is a GMIT graduate. This is his latest business venture having set up his Architectural and 3D rendering company, 3DS Designs a number of years ago. In 2015 Declan and his wife Louise relocated to Caherciveen.
“I’m very familiar with working from home and the solitude it brings with it and having noticed a gap in the market for an enterprise hub in South Kerry I decided to set up OFFiCE-Light. It’s a space where entrepreneurs, SMEs and Start-Ups can now work, collaborate and succeed in their respective businesses while adding additional footfall to the town’s economy - all of which helps bring people’s working ambitions and visions to life,” said Declan.
