THREE deluxe holiday homes near Banna Strand in north Kerry will be auctioned online on October 26. No. 59, 60 and 62 ‘ The Sand Dune Holiday Village’ are being sold separately and are sure to attract plenty of interest given their location close to the beautiful and historic Banna Strand. The homes are located a short distance from the vibrant village of Ardfert and just an 8 mile drive from Tralee town.

In terms of design, they are semi-detached, three bedroomed houses located at The Banna Beach Resort, which is a few minutes’ walk from the strand. Each unit is ideally suited and designed as a holiday home with dimensions measuring approx. c.110m2/c.1,141sq ft.
